Service charges verifying/emailing your documents are on a case by case basis, depending on the agreement we reach with each institution (university, passport office etc.). Verified documents are your docs that have been approved by the issuing party such as a true copy of your passport, verified by your government's Passport Office, or school transcript, verified by your University. Once approved by DOCSWALLET, such 3rd party institutions will be able to securely deposit your verified documents directly into your DOCSWALLET account. A verified document will include a 'digital seal' added to the bottom of the document as shown in the following image.

We provide 3 types of certifications seals onto your documents:
- Issuer Seal (RED): e.g. When the issuing party, such as a university verifies your transcripts or a Passport Office verifies your passport photocopy.
- Notary Seal (BLUE): Provided by partnering notaries upon their signing on physical documents they approved.
- Self-Attestation Seal (GREEN): Provided after an SMS message was sent to your personal mobile phone attesting that you have certified this documents. This is used when you want to email a document that you have personally signed and want to attest to that fact.
